Our stay was splendid, with a prime location that allowed easy access to the city's attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, particularly Momin, Manik, and Kali, who made us feel right at home. The spacious room was well-appointed, ensuring a comfortable experience for our family.

Breakfast service was inconsistent. we faced delays in receiving our orders during the morning rush.

Rooftop pool is cold

The breakfast hall felt chaotic due to loud group executives, disrupting the morning atmosphere. my experience with the front desk regarding an open room door was frustrating. I felt they mishandled the situation and did not adequately address my security concerns after returning to my room with the door ajar.

I had a fantastic time—comfortable beds made for great sleep, and the rooftop pool was a nice way to relax, even if it was a bit cold. I love being pampered with excellent recommendations from the front desk about breakfast choices! The only downside was that the room didn't match the photos as well as I'd hoped.

Thought the breakfast lacked a bit of consistency, but the rooftop spot was sweet as, heaps relaxed for a chill evening. a comfy stay!

Perfect for families looking for relaxation

We had a lovely break. The restaurant was a highlight, the staff really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Ms. Baishali was especially great, always smiling and ready to help us with whatever we needed. The rooftop restaurant was spot on for a chill evening!

Amazing experience! The room had ac, a cozy seating area, a fridge, and a safe. Loved the private bathroom with a shower. The outdoor pool was a nice touch. The fitness center had everything I needed. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Definitely exceeded expectations!
